I find cardio a huge waste of time for people like myself who are already petite and just trying to trigger fat, instead I do HIIT cardio where I’ll run 11 mph for only 45 seconds I try and do it 10-12 times! 3 times a week, And after you feel sore like that feeling after lifting weights, also start using weights! I go to a gym and I just use their weight machines… I find gyms a lot more motivating than at home workouts! Also drink lots and lots of water and eat your veggies and protein :) if your gonna gain muscle you need to raise your calorie intake :)
